"I was sold a set of Cardo plus bluetooth wireless headsets and was told they would work on my 2019 Harley Street Glide. However, I had to go back to Harley to buy and have a WHIM installed and then programed first. This cost more than $500 and was unexpected. Once I had the Harley stuff done, the Cardo's sounded terrible. I went back to return them and was told all I could get was a store credit and not a refund because it was more than 30 days. I would have never purchased these headsets from Cycle Gear if I would had been told this information first."

They will compare items and point out different features you may not of been aware of. "I tried to buy a helmet. I simply could not get anyone to wait on me. I was in the store for about 20 minutes but no one could be bothered to help. I finally purchased a new helmet liner. While checking out, the cashier asked if I found everything ok. I replied no and he just said thanks and handed me my receipt. I was very disappointed by a store that used to be great. I won't be back. I spent $400 elsewhere."
